Terms and Conditions

  1. The customer is expected to make a minimum deposit of 50% (of the total cost) before work proceeds.
  2. In the case of an ongoing promo, the customer is expected to make FULL PAYMENT before work proceeds.
  3. Bookings are made at the beginning of every week (Monday). Orders thereafter will be moved to the following week.
  4. Orders are completed within a 5 to 7 working day period from the date of your invoice.
  5. Orders within 24 and 72 hours will be considered express services and will attract an extra 50% of the total cost.
  6. Specific choices made by clients, via our website or digital media platforms are not returnable.
  7. All outfits come with unique Ankara prints. Hence, the final work will be equally unique from your choice.
  8. Returned items will be replaced within 5 to 7 working days.
  9. Delivery charges and all other related matters sit exclusively with the delivery company and NOT Annerlice
  10. Designs outside Annerlice’s catalogue will be declined
  11. Cost for clients with fabrics is 75% of our regular charges
  12. Custom made/un-displayed items and home services will come with an extra of 30% cost of the total charge
  13. Designs left at Annerlice’s discretion are NOT returnable
