AHRABATA -insipred by the rich multi-artistic culture in the Ga community
“ahrabata” is the first major design from annerlice since its inception in August 2013. The name “ahrabata” stands for the first month of the year (January) in Ga (a local Ghanaian dialect). The design was inspired by the rich multi-artistic culture within the local Ga community and its environs.
December, January and February in Ghana comes with a cold, dry weather (harmattan); and it’s advisable for people to protect themselves as far as clothing is concerned. The objective behind this design is to have our clients look good and protect themselves at the same time. Thus, all the shirts are made out of a combination of quality denim/jeans fabrics and your favorite Ankara prints. Nevertheless, the shirts can be won on any normal day.
We believe you will love the shirts, just as we love making them for you.
Annerlice will like to express its profound appreciation to everyone on the team who worked towards making this project a success.
